Organising an event in the Bay of Islands is easy – we’re here to help and our business events operators will work as one to make sure your conference, incentive, meeting or retreat is a success. Venues are not a problem and the region can easily host a group of a few hundred, while working particularly well for smaller business events in the 20 to 200 range.

Getting to the Bay of Islands

An easy three-hour drive from Auckland or an hour from Whangarei and well connected by air, the Bay of Islands has venues a stone’s throw from the sea. Yet despite the ease of access, mid-week in the main conferencing months between March and November you will feel like your group has the ‘run of the Bay’ – no crowds and plenty of time and space to think, work and plan.
