WELCOME TO THE 2017 UPSURGE FESTIVAL!
We are thrilled to present this year’s performance programme to you all.
This year we bring to you a fabulous selection of highly acclaimed International performances from all over the world, with guest artists from as far as the UK, Ireland, New York and Germany performing alongside many highly respected artists from our very own Aotearoa.
We are also super excited to be transforming the much loved iconic Waimate North Showgrounds Hall into a dedicated music and performance venue, bringing to life its rustic charm for festival goers to enjoy. Be sure to come early for shows to soak up the Festival atmosphere!
