Set in native bush with abundant bird life, this immaculate waterfront property is only 8 kilometres from Russell in the beautiful Bay of Islands. Paradise! This beautiful beach house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and ample living areas for the grownups and the kids, making it the ideal place for families or large groups of friends. The master bedroom features panoramic views of the bay and includes a generous ensuite with walk-in wardrobe. All other rooms have either sea or bush views. During your stay you have access to the whole house and section, including a beautiful walk through native bush. In this idyllic spot, you can fish off the beach, gather seafood, swim kayak and launch your boat from the front lawn or leave it on your mooring that comes with this property. Part of the charm of this place is its seclusion – you will never hear any road noise because there is no road! This means that vehicle access is only via the beach, but the sand is hard packed so it’s no problem for driving, even for a 2-wheel drive vehicle. However, this does mean that the home is not accessible by car for an hour or two either side of high tide, so if you arrive and the water is lapping the front lawn, make use of the carpark at the end of the road, then it is a simple 2 minute walk along the beach. Make a coffee or pour a wine, and by the time you’re done you can wander back and collect your vehicle!
