Since 1976 the annual Tall Ships’ Regatta has been held in early January. It is a great day out for the family, finishing off back at the Russell Boating Club for the Prize giving and a Hangi with Music around the Marquee. Tall Ships, Classics and All-Comers make up a large fleet which is always a spectacular sight.
